8th Annual CARE Walk
WHO ARE YOU WALKING FOR?
Register today for the Cancer Assistance Program's 8th Annual CARE Walk. Register as an individual, join a team or start your own team, then set a fundraising goal and begin collecting pledges in support of individuals and families affected by cancer right here in our community.
This family friendly peer-to-peer fundraising event will take place on Saturday, May 28, 2022 anytime, anywhere. Participate anyway, your way for a 5km walk, run, bike or roll anywhere from your stairs or treadmill at home, to your neighbourhood park or trail. Be sure to join the social media contest running the month of May and bid on some great items in the online silent auction that opens Saturday, May 21, 2022.
Whether you choose to walk, run, bike or roll 5km, we hope you will help us come together virtually in honour of a friend or loved one affected by cancer.

Who are you walking for?
Proceeds raised at this essential fundraising event stay right here in our community and ensure the Cancer Assistance Program is able to continue providing FREE practical supports to cancer patients and their families. Your support will provide help when it is needed most.
If you are unable to participate, you can make a general donation to the event, search for exsisting participants and donate towards their goals or donate an item for the online silent auction. CAP does not receive sustainable government funding and relies greatly on funds raised from signature events like this. Every dollar helps!

Please Read Before Registering:
If you registered online between 2018-2021, you can sign in with that same account. If you are a new participant, you will be required to set up a new account. Email addresses are required. If you are participating with children who will not be registering online, please indicate how many children will be participating during your registration so we have an idea of total number of participants.
